Can your dog sleep alone at night? (downstairs with a bed or blanket in the “dog space” with chairs and couches or in a kennel. Dogs are not allowed to sleep in the Sitter’s bedroom)

Please provide contact information for your veterinarian. In the event of an emergency, it will be at the discretion of the Pet Sitter (Olivia) to determine if the dog(s) in care needs to see a veterinarian. The Pet Owner will be contacted immediately.

Please provide an Emergency Contact (name, phone and relation) **please note this must be someone who is NOT traveling with you.**

If your vet is unavailable to see your pet, does Pet Sitter have permission to use their personal vet? (Boerne Veterinary Clinic)

Pet Owners are required to provide: food, food bowls, bedding (bed or blankets), leashes/collars. Any other items you think your pet will need for their sit to be successful are requested! Please be sure to send enough food to cover your pets entire sit.

Daily updates will be sent to Owner via text message

Dogs will be cohabitating with other dogs (Pet Sitters dog plus any other dogs in attendance for daycare). If your dog is deemed unsafe to be around other dogs in attendance, they will be separated and given their own space for the duration of their stay.

Photos will be posted to Olivia’s Pet Sitting FB page. If you do NOT want your pets photos shared, please let Olivia know.

All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Pets will not be accepted at time of sit if proof is not submitted beforehand. Please submit a photo of vaccinations.

Injury and Indemnification. If any visiting dog(s) accidentally dies, becomes ill, injured, or lost, Pet Owner waives and releases Pet Sitter from any claim arising from such an incident.

Behavior. If the visiting dog(s) exhibit aggressive behavior towards people or animals that results in the sit no longer being safe for either party, pet(s) will be kept separate or crated for the remainder of their stay and will not be allowed to return.

Payment. Full payment is due after Meet and Greet is completed. If payment is not received within the timeframe listed on your payment request, your dates will no longer be available.
